Engrossments and execution. The Landlord will instruct the Landlord’s solicitors to prepare engrossments of the original and counterpart of the Lease (which shall include Land Registry compliant plans) and the Licence for Alterations. The Tenant will promptly execute the counterpart(s) of the Lease and the Licence for Alterations on receipt preparatory to the grant of the Lease.
