Common use of Enhanced 911 (E911) Clause in Contracts

Enhanced 911 (E911). Where technically feasible, the Parties agree that they shall make provisions to ensure access by all of Spectrum’s customers to E911, as required by FCC Docket 94- 102. The Parties are responsible for their own network requirements to establish E911 connectivity. A separate agreement is necessary between the Parties for E911 services to be provided by GTE.
