Enhanced Enterprise Zone. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that Tenant may apply for designation of the Property as an Enhanced Enterprise Zone pursuant to the Missouri Department of Economic Development (“EEZ”). Landlord and Tenant agree that any state tax credit or tax abatement realized through the EEZ shall be passed through to Tenant .
