Common use of Enhanced Managed Services Clause in Contracts

Enhanced Managed Services. In the event that Customer’s use of hours for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, enhanced managed services, extended edition (“EMS”) exceeds the number of monthly hours purchased as set forth in the Order Form, SAP will invoice Customer (or Partner if applicable) monthly in arrears, and Customer (or Partner if applicable) shall pay for the actual excess hours consumed, based on the hourly fee established from the EMS fees set forth in the Order Form./
