Enhanced Payment Procedures. HHSC will be relieved of its obligation to make any payments to Contractor until such time as any and all set-off amounts have been credited to HHSC. If HHSC disputes payment of all or any portion of an invoice from Contractor, HHSC will notify the Contractor of the dispute and both Parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute in accordance with these Special Conditions. HHSC will not be required to pay any disputed portion of a Contractor invoice unless, and until, the dispute is resolved. Notwithstanding any such dispute, Contractor will continue to perform the Work in compliance with the terms of the Contract pending resolution of such dispute so long as all undisputed amounts continue to be paid to Contractor.
