Enhanced Requirements Clause Samples
The Enhanced Requirements clause sets out additional or more stringent obligations that go beyond the standard terms of an agreement. It may specify higher performance standards, extra documentation, or stricter compliance measures that a party must meet, such as providing more frequent reports or adhering to updated industry regulations. This clause ensures that the parties are clear about any elevated expectations and helps prevent disputes by explicitly stating these enhanced duties.
