Enjoyment of Leased Property. The Trustee covenants that, during the Lease Term and so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred, the County shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Leased Property without suit, trouble or hindrance from the Trustee, except as expressly required or permitted by this Lease.
