Enjoyment of Premises. Upon payment of the rent and performance of its obligations hereunder, Tenant is entitled to peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the premises during the term of this lease.
Enjoyment of Premises. The Lessee, on paying the rental and keeping and performing the agreements and covenants herein contained, shall have the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the premises for the term hereof subject, however, to the terms of this lease.
Enjoyment of Premises. CITY covenants that CITY has full authority to execute this Lease Agreement and that on LCZ faithfully performing the terms, covenants and conditions hereof, including the prompt payment of the rent, LCZ shall and may quietly and peacefully have, hold and enjoy the leased Premises during the term of the Lease Agreement, notwithstanding any early termination under the terms provided herein.
Enjoyment of Premises. The Owner and the Tenant mutually agree that neither, by their own acts or those of their family, servants, guests or agents will do or permit any act upon the Premises which may in any way be objectionable or injurious to the reputation of the Premises or of either party. Furthermore, the Owner agrees not to do or cause anything to be done, which may be deemed to be unreasonably disturbing to the Tenant. Similarly the Tenant agrees not to do or cause anything to be done, which may be deemed to be unreasonably disturbing to the Owner or other tenants of the Building.
Enjoyment of Premises. The Tenant, upon paying the rent and charges as herein provided and performing the terms, conditions, and covenants herein contained shall peaceably hold and enjoy the Leased Premises without hindrance or interruption by the Landlord, except as herein otherwise provided, until the end of the Term. The Landlord shall, subject to interruption and delay occasioned by necessary or desirable repairs, or replacement or alteration of equipment governmental restrictions or regulations, labor disturbances, material shortages, conditions of supply and demand of labor, or by other causes beyond its control:

Lessee acknowledges that its right to enjoy the leased premises is subject to the use of the surrounding property for industrial, commercial and airport purposes, with accompanying industrial, commercial and airport noises, odors, smoke, sonic booms and low-flying aircraft, and the danger and nuisance thereof.
Enjoyment of Premises. The Lessee, on paying the Base Rent, Additional Rent and any other rent sums due under Article 2 hereof and keeping and performing the agreements and covenants herein contained, shall have the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the Premises for the term hereof subject, however, to the provisions of this Lease.
Enjoyment of Premises. Tenant is entitled to peaceful possession and quiet enjoyment of the Demised Premises during the term of this Lease Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
Enjoyment of Premises. Upon payment of the rent and performance of its obligations hereunder, Xxxxxx is entitled to peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the premises during the term of this lease.
