Abandonment of Premises. If the property becomes vacant during the term of this lease, and if at the time of the vacancy Tenant are in default in the payment of any installment of rent, then the rent for the entire term shall become at once due and payable and Landlord may proceed to collect rent for said entire premises, with or without process of law, to take possession thereof, to remove any and all property there from and store as required by law, to lease the premises as agent of Tenant, and to apply the proceeds received from such letting toward the payment of Tenant' rent under this lease; such re-entry and re-letting shall not discharge Tenant from liability for rent, nor from any other obligation under the terms of this lease.
Abandonment of Premises. Lessee shall not vacate or abandon the premises at any time during the term hereof, and if Lessee shall abandon or vacate the premises, or be dispossessed by process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Lessee left upon the premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of the Lessor.

If Tenant does abandon or vacate the Premises for more than ninety (90) days, Landlord may terminate this Lease, by written notice to Tenant at any time prior to Tenant reoccupying the Premises, but such termination shall not entitle Landlord to pursue any other remedies unless an uncured Event of Default then exists, in which case Landlord may pursue any and all remedies provided by this Lease, at law or in equity.

Tenant understands and agrees that if it abandons the Leased Premises during the term of this tenancy, Tenant shall not be relieved of its duties and obligations under this Lease. Exercise of Tenant's rights under Section 30 (Compliance with Laws), Section 31 (Funding Cancellation) or Section 36 (Termination for Convenience) shall not constitute abandonment. Landlord, however, promises that if Tenant fails to exercise its right to perform under this Lease, Landlord shall in good faith use its best efforts to re-let the Leased Premises and set off against rents due from Tenant any rent collected from others for their use of the Leased Premises. Nothing in this clause shall prevent Landlord or Tenant from negotiating a termination of this Lease.
Abandonment of Premises. Tenant agrees not to abandon or vacate the Premises during the period of this Lease, and agrees to use said Premises for the purpose herein leased until the expiration hereof.

If Xxxxxx does abandon or vacate the premises, or is dispossessed by process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Xxxxxx left on the premises will be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Lessor.
Abandonment of Premises. Lessee shall not vacate or abandon the premises during this term without continuing to make rental payments. If Lessee shall vacate, abandon or surrender the premises, or be dispossessed by process of law. or otherwise, and fails to pay the rent due hereunder, any personal property belonging to Lessee and left on the premises shall be abandoned to the Lessor at the option of the Lessor.
Abandonment of Premises. If Tenant defaults in the performance of any Lease obligation, Landlord may, at Landlord’s sole option, terminate this Agreement or terminate Tenant’s right to possession of Premises. If Landlord opts to terminate Tenant’s right to possession without terminating this Agreement, Tenant shall remain liable for all rent that accrues until the end of the lease term or until Landlord re-leases Premises, whichever comes first.
Abandonment of Premises. Lessee covenants and agrees that it shall occupy the entire premises, shall conduct its business thereon in the regular and usual manner, throughout the term of this Lease, and that these covenants are a material element of consideration inducing Lessor to execute this Lease. Lessee further agrees that if at any time during the term of this Lease, it is dispossessed by process of law or otherwise, or if Lessee fails to so conduct its business therein, then all Fixed Annual Rent and additional rent reserved in this Lease shall, at the option of Lessor, immediately become due and payable.
