Enquiries by Police and Counterfeit Goods. 9.1. You agree and acknowledge that we, the Security Trustee or any of its sub-contractors or delegates are each authorised to provide information to the police in respect of your Pledged Asset, should they request. In the event that the Police in any circumstances require possession of the Pledged Asset, you authorise the Security Trustee to surrender possession of the Pledged Asset to the police, provided that a receipt or similar proof of collection is obtained, which will be provided to you on request.
