Enter and Remedy Sample Clauses

Enter and Remedy. The Seller or its agents may come onto the Land after reasonable notice and remedy any breach of these Buildings Covenant or the Design Guidelines by the Buyer or any future owner (or the Buyer's or the future owner's tenants or agents) and the Seller's costs (including legal costs) of notifying and (if necessary) remedying that breach may be recovered from the Buyer as a liquidated debt.
