Common use of Entering into Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entering into Agreement. Siemens EOOD shall issue to the Customer a formal offer in writing containing prices, approximate delivery time, payment terms and conditions and description of other specific conditions. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded upon the written confirmation of the Customer of the offer issued by Siemens EOOD and of the agreed payment terms. The Offer shall be considered confirmed if the Customer sends an Order via the electronic orders channels.
