Entering Judgment. The Parties agree that judgment may be entered on the BCG arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction, and that such award shall be final as to the Parties and issues encompassed in this Agreement.
Entering Judgment. The arbitration shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the parties and the award of the arbitrator shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Entering Judgment. “Final Approval Order,” “Order of Final Approval,” and “Order Granting Final Approval of Settlement” shall mean an order to be entered and filed by the Court entitled “Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal with Prejudice”, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
