Enterprise Fund. District’s Food Service Program operates and must continue to operate as a self- sufficient enterprise fund (“Nutrition Services Enterprise Fund”). All allowable direct and indirect costs, including all fees associated with consulting and management of the Food Service Program, will be charged to the Nutrition Services Enterprise Fund. The Nutrition Services Enterprise Fund will be reported in District’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) on a full accrual basis of accounting for the Current Year of the Agreement.

Enterprise Fund. The Authority shall maintain its books and records and its funds on an enterprise fund basis. The Authority shall not pay any net proceeds or profits to its local government, other than for services received by the Authority.
Enterprise Fund. All rentals received prior to the date of this MOU have been deposited in a depository account. Rental funds currently held as well as any and all other monies received after the date of this MOU for the use or operation of the Property shall be used to pay for maintenance, liability insurance and other costs incurred in the operation, and in connection with the ownership, of the Property. Such funds shall be deposited into an enterprise account administered by the Board. No such funds will be distributed to the parties except as reimbursement for operating or maintenance expenses.   • FEMA Fund Certifications Submission of this proposal is Vendor’s certification that Vendor agrees to this term. Vendor certifies that IF and when Vendor accepts a TIPS purchase paid for in full or part with FEMA funds, Vendor certifies that: (1) Vendor agrees to provide the TIPS Member, the FEMA Administrator, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their authorized representatives access to and rights to reproduce any books, documents, papers, and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to this contract for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. The Vendor agrees to provide the FEMA Administrator or an authorized representatives access to construction or other work sites pertaining to the work being completed under the contract. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that no language in this contract or the contract with the TIPS Member is intended to prohibit audits or internal reviews by the FEMA Administrator or the Comptroller General of the United States.

  • Partnership Funds Pending application or distribution, the funds of the Partnership shall be deposited in such bank account or accounts, or invested in such interest-bearing or non-interest bearing investment, including, without limitation, checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit and time or demand deposits in commercial banks, U.S. government securities and securities guaranteed by U.S. government agencies as shall be designed by the General Partner. Such funds shall not be commingled with funds of any other Person. Withdrawals therefrom shall be made upon such signatures as the General Partner may designate.

  • Custody of Partnership Funds; Bank Accounts (a) All funds of the Partnership not otherwise invested shall be deposited in one or more accounts maintained in such banking or brokerage institutions as the General Partner shall determine, and withdrawals shall be made only on such signature or signatures as the General Partner may, from time to time, determine. (b) All deposits and other funds not needed in the operation of the business of the Partnership may be invested by the General Partner in investment grade instruments (or investment companies whose portfolio consists primarily thereof), government obligations, certificates of deposit, bankers’ acceptances and municipal notes and bonds. The funds of the Partnership shall not be commingled with the funds of any other Person except for such commingling as may necessarily result from an investment in those investment companies permitted by this Section 10.2(b).

  • Partnership The Partnership shall be given days’ notice to purchase the ownership interest under the same terms agreed upon by the potential buyer.

  • Multi-Manager Funds In connection with securities transactions for the Fund, the Subadviser that is (or whose affiliated person is) entering into the transaction, and any other investment manager that is advising an affiliate of the Fund (or portion of the Fund) (collectively, the “Managers” for the purposes of this section) entering into the transaction are prohibited from consulting with each other concerning transactions for the Fund in securities or other assets and, if both Managers are responsible for providing investment advice to the Fund, the Manager’s responsibility in providing advice is expressly limited to a discrete portion of the Fund’s portfolio that it manages. This prohibition does not apply to communications by the Adviser in connection with the Adviser’s (i) overall supervisory responsibility for the general management and investment of the Fund’s assets; (ii) determination of the allocation of assets among the Manager(s), if any; and (iii) investment discretion with respect to the investment of Fund assets not otherwise assigned to a Manager.

  • Compensation of the Investment Manager For the services rendered, the facilities furnished and expenses assumed by the Investment Manager, the Fund shall pay to the Investment Manager at the end of each calendar month a fee which shall accrue daily at the annual rate specified by the schedule of fees in the Appendix to this Agreement. The average daily value of the net assets of the Portfolio shall be determined and computed in accordance with the description of the method of determination of net asset value contained in the Prospectus.

  • COMPENSATION OF THE MANAGER BY FUND For all services to be rendered and payments made as provided in Sections 1, 2 and 4 hereof, the Fund will accrue daily and pay the Manager monthly, or at such other intervals as the Fund and Manager may agree, a fee based on the average of the values placed on the net assets of each Series of the Fund as of the time of determination of the net asset value on each trading day throughout the month in accordance with Schedule 1 attached hereto. Net asset value shall be determined pursuant to applicable provisions of the Articles of Incorporation of the Fund. If pursuant to such provisions the determination of net asset value is suspended, then for the purposes of this Section 5 the value of the net assets of the Fund as last determined shall be deemed to be the value of the net assets for each day the suspension continues. The Manager may, at its option, waive all or part of its compensation for such period of time as it deems necessary or appropriate.

  • Investment Management If and to the extent requested by the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor shall, subject to the supervision of the Advisor, manage all or a portion of the investments of the Portfolio in accordance with the investment objective, policies and limitations provided in the Portfolio's Prospectus or other governing instruments, as amended from time to time, the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "1940 Act") and rules thereunder, as amended from time to time, and such other limitations as the Trust or Advisor may impose with respect to the Portfolio by notice to the Sub-Advisor. With respect to the portion of the investments of the Portfolio under its management, the Sub-Advisor is authorized to make investment decisions on behalf of the Portfolio with regard to any stock, bond, other security or investment instrument, and to place orders for the purchase and sale of such securities through such broker-dealers as the Sub-Advisor may select. The Sub-Advisor may also be authorized, but only to the extent such duties are delegated in writing by the Advisor, to provide additional investment management services to the Portfolio, including but not limited to services such as managing foreign currency investments, purchasing and selling or writing futures and options contracts, borrowing money or lending securities on behalf of the Portfolio. All investment management and any other activities of the Sub-Advisor shall at all times be subject to the control and direction of the Advisor and the Trust's Board of Trustees.

  • Fund Administration Money Market Fund Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust, the Administrator will provide the money market fund services set forth on Schedule A(i) (the “Money Market Services”) to the Trusts listed on Exhibit A hereto assist the Trusts in complying with certain of the compliance testing and reporting requirements applicable to the Trusts that are “money market funds” within the meaning of Rule 2a-7 under the 1940 Act.
