Enterprise’s Responsibility. Enterprise shall prepare and file, or shall cause to be prepared and filed, all Tax Returns required to be filed by or with respect to members of the Enterprise Group other than those Tax Returns which HP is required to prepare and file under Section 3.02. The Tax Returns required to be prepared and filed by Enterprise under this Section 3.03 shall include any Enterprise Single Business Tax Return and any Mixed Business Tax Return for which Enterprise or any of its Affiliates is legally responsible to prepare and file under applicable Law.
