Entire Addendum. This Addendum (including any Exhibits hereto) constitutes the entire Addendum between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and any prior or contemporaneous oral or written Addendums or understandings with respect to such subject matter are merged herein. This Addendum may not be amended without the written Addendum of the Parties.
