Entire Agreement; Addendum. This Lease, including the exhibits, schedules, documents and instruments attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement among the Parties hereto and supersedes any and all prior agreements, understandings, letters of intent, negotiations and discussions, whether written or oral, of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Lease. Any additional terms of this Lease now or hereafter mutually agreed upon by the Parties, if any, may be set forth on Schedule 5 attached hereto.
