Entire Agreement; Addendum. This Lease and the attached Exhibits constitute the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee and supersedes any prior agreement between Lessor and Lessee with respect to the Equipment, except as is set forth in an Addendum, if any, which is made a part of this Lease and which is signed by Lessor and Lessee.
