Common use of Entire Agreement, Amendment and Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement, Amendment and Binding Effect. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior agreements relative hereto which are not contained herein are terminated. This Lease may be amended only by a written document duly executed by Landlord and Tenant, and any alleged amendment which is not so documented shall not be effective as to either party. The provisions of this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns; provided, however, that this Section 27.8 shall not negate, diminish or alter the restrictions on Transfers applicable to Tenant set forth elsewhere in this Lease.
