Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment; Continuing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendment; Continuing Obligations. This Agreement and the Employment Agreement together contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the termination of Executive's employment and the other matters covered herein and therein; moreover, this Agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be amended, waived or terminated only by a written instrument executed by both parties hereto. Executive hereby reaffirms and agrees to continue to abide by all of Executive's continuing obligations under Sections 11 through 18 of the Employment Agreement.
