Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment; Continuing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendment; Continuing Obligations. This Agreement and the Severance Agreement contain the entire agreements of the parties with respect to Employee’s employment and the other matters covered herein and therein; moreover, this Agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof and thereof. This Agreement may be amended, waived or terminated only by a written instrument executed by all parties hereto. Employee hereby reaffirms and agrees to continue to abide by all of Employee’s obligations under the Severance Agreement (including, without limitation, Sections 10, 11, 12, 22 and 23 thereof).
