Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendment of Agreement. This Agreement including any Exhibits and Schedules attached hereto contains the entire agreement among the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supercedes any and all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, correspondence or other written or oral communications among the parties respecting the subject matter. The ING Insurers or the ING Broker-Dealer may amend this Agreement, including any Exhibits and Schedules hereto, upon at least ten (10) days' prior written notice to the Distributor, unless otherwise stated in such Schedule. The submission of an application for the Contracts by the Distributor after the effective date of any such amendment shall constitute agreement to such amendment. Additional Distributor Agencies may be added as parties to this Agreement at any time by a written amendment signed by the ING Insurers, the ING Broker-Dealer, the Distributor and such additional Distributor Agencies. All Distributor Agencies, which are parties to this Agreement at the time of such amendment, hereby consent and agree in advance to the addition of such additional Distributor Agencies.
