Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendments; Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendments; Binding Effect. This Construction Agreement, including the Contract Documents and all the documents incorporated therein represents the entire and integrated agreement between the OWNER, Collin County, and the CONTRACTOR, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. This Construction Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both, the OWNER, Collin County, and the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR acknowledges that no representations have been made to it, upon which it is relying in entering into this Contract, which are not expressly set forth in the Contract Documents.
