Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendments; Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendments; Binding Effect. This Agreement and the Inter- Governmental PDA constitute the entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral or written agreements and understandings between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written amendment to this Agreement signed by both Parties hereto. This Agreement inures to the benefit of and is binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
