Common use of Entire Agreement and Assignment Clause in Contracts

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all previous agreements between the parties, whether written or oral, with respect to such matter. The parties agree that this Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent from the other party.
