Common use of Entire Agreement and Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Counterparts. The Contract may be executed in one (1) or more counterparts by the duly authorized representatives of the Parties, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Contract provided that the Contract shall be of no force and effect until the counterparts are exchanged.
