Entire Agreement and Counterparts. 16.1 This document sets out the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, arrangements or understandings between them. The parties acknowledge that they are not relying on any representation, agreement, term or condition, which is not set out in this Agreement. 16.2 This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts or duplicates, each of which shall be an original and such counterparts or duplicates shall together constitute one and the same agreement.
