Common use of Entire Agreement and Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Counterparts. (a) This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement of the parties with regard to the matters addressed herein and supersedes and terminates as of the date hereof, all prior agreements, agreements or understandings, oral or written between the parties to this Agreement relating to such matters. (b) This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and all counterparts taken together shall constitute one instrument.
