ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND EXCLUSION OF REPRESENTATIONS. 17.1 This lease constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the Landlord and the Tenant relating to the transaction contemplated by the grant of this lease and supersedes any previous agreement or understanding between them relating to it. 17.2 Nothing in this lease constitutes or shall constitute a representation or warranty that the Property may lawfully be used for any purpose allowed by this lease. 17.3 Nothing in this clause shall, however, operate to limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
