Entire Agreement and Modifications. This Contract supersedes all previous contracts between the parties hereto on the same subject matter and constitutes the entire understanding of the parties hereto on the subject matter of this Contract. Contractor shall be entitled to no other benefits than those specified herein. No changes, amendments or alterations shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. Contractor specifically acknowledges that in entering into and executing this contract, Contractor relies solely upon the provisions contained in this Contract and no others.
Entire Agreement and Modifications. This Agreement along with its Annexes contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter covered herein. It supersedes all prior understandings between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of a court/tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties.
Entire Agreement and Modifications. This Mortgage and the other Loan Documents contain the entire agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof and all prior agreements relative hereto and thereto which are not contained herein or therein are terminated. This Mortgage and the other Loan Documents may not be amended, revised, waived, discharged, released or terminated orally but only by a written instrument or instruments executed by the party against which enforcement of the amendment, revision, waiver, discharge, release or termination is asserted. Any alleged amendment, revision, waiver, discharge, release or termination which is not so documented shall not be effective as to any party.
Entire Agreement and Modifications. 13.1 This Agreement supersedes any and all prior representations, conditions, warranties, understandings, proposals, or previous agreements between the parties hereto, either oral or written relating to the matters of this Agreement hereunder and constitutes the sole, full and complete agreement between the parties.
13.2 Further, this Agreement shall not be modified, changed, amended, or waived except by means of a written instrument signed by an authorized representative of each party.

To be effective any modification of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties.

No modification of this License Agreement shall be valid unless in writing signed by the parties hereto.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and no other agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be deemed to exist or bind any of the parties hereto. No provision of this Agreement may be amended or modified except by written agreement signed by the parties.

This Agreement, the Proxy and any other documents delivered by the parties in connection herewith constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitute (along with the documents delivered pursuant to this Agreement) a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter. This Agreement shall not be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified except by a written document executed by the party against whose interest the modification will operate. The parties shall not enter into any other agreement inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Proxy, or that addresses any of the subject matters addressed in this Agreement and the Proxy.
Entire Agreement and Modifications. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous discussions between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Neither Party shall be bound by the conditions, warranties, definitions, statements, or documents previous to the execution of this Agreement, unless this Agreement makes express reference thereto. Any actions subsequent to the execution of this Agreement undertaken pursuant to an agreement shall be in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of each of the Parties, which agreement shall expressly state that it is an amendment to this Agreement.
Entire Agreement and Modifications. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Products. No alteration or modifications of this Agreement will be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties. No attachment, supplement, or exhibit to this Agreement shall be valid unless initialed by an authorized signatory of OpenTech. No modification of any of these terms will be affected by OpenTech’s shipment of Products following receipt of Customer’s purchase order, shipping request, or similar forms containing terms and conditions conflicting or inconsistent with the terms herein.
