Common use of Entire Agreement and Modifications Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Modifications. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and no other agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be deemed to exist or bind any of the parties hereto. No provision of this Agreement may be amended or modified except by written agreement signed by the parties.
