Common use of Entire Agreement and Schedules Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Schedules. The parties agree that this Agreement and its Schedule, if any, constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions between the Licensee and UNITED covering the performance hereof and cannot be altered, amended or modified except in writing executed by an authorized representative of each party. The Licensee further agrees that any terms and conditions of any purchaser order or other instrument issued by the Licensee in connection with this Agreement which are in addition or inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be binding on UNITED and shall not apply to this Agreement.
