Common use of Entire Agreement; Benefit Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Benefit. This Agreement together with the Disclosure Schedule, constitute the entire agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. There are no restrictions, promises, warranties or undertakings other than those set forth or referred to herein and therein. This Agreement, including the Annexes hereto and Disclosure Schedule, supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof are for the sole benefit of only the Company, Pfizer and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
