Entire Agreement; Changes to Agreement. This Agreement (including the Exhibits A and A-1 and Schedules hereto) contains the entire agreement of Lessor and Lessee with respect to the subject matter hereof and no oral statement or written matter prior to the date of this Agreement shall have any effect or force. This Agreement may not be changed, modified, amended, waived, superseded, renewed, extended or terminated orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by Xxxxxx and Lessee and approved by AG and OSC in the case of a waiver, by the Party waiving compliance.
