ENTIRE AGREEMENT CONTAINED HEREIN. 16.01. The 1992 Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties in respect of the subject matter hereof, and there are no other understanding or agreements between the Parties in respect thereof; provided, however, that nothing contained in the 1992 Agreement shall be deemed to affect in any manner whatsoever any rights or claims either Party may have against the other Party pursuant to any other agreement in effect before the effective date of the 1992 Agreement with respect to any matter, including any right or claim to payments after the effective date of the 1992 Agreement pursuant to other preexisting agreements.
