Entire Agreement; Counterparts. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the receipt and expenditure of the Grant Funds. Any amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and duly executed by the parties hereto. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, including by electronic signature, the counterparts and signatures of which, when taken together, shall constitute but one Agreement.
