This Agreement, including the exhibits and schedules hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, and may be modified or amended only by a writing signed by both parties. This Agreement becomes effective when the first Entry is initiated by TSYS, through its Third-Party Sender where applicable, on behalf of Merchant.
