Common use of Entire Agreement; Effectiveness of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Effectiveness of Agreement. This Agreement, including Appendix A and Appendix B attached hereto, sets forth the entire agreement of the parties hereto in respect of the Executive’s employment with the Company (and any termination thereof) and all other subject matter contained herein, supersedes all prior agreements, promises, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations or warranties, whether oral or written, by any officer, employee or representative of any party hereto.
