Entire Agreement; Effectiveness of Agreement. This Agreement, the Employment Agreement and the other documents referenced therein, and any other agreement entered into between the Company and Holder with respect to the issuance of any equity securities of the Company or other equity awards relating to the Company set forth the entire agreement of the Parties hereto and shall supersede any and all prior agreements and understandings concerning the Holder’s employment by the Company. This Agreement may be changed only by a written document signed by the Holder and the Company.
