Common use of Entire Agreement; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Enforceability. When signed and approved by the State or Local Organization, this Application and Contract, together with its attachments, shall solely and exclusively determine my rights, privileges, and responsibilities to the State or Local Organization. No oral or other written statement that is in any way inconsistent with the provisions of this Application and Contract shall be binding upon me or upon the State or Local Organization. If any provision of this Application and Contract should be declared void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed omitted from this Application and Contract. In that event, the remainder of this Application and Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
