Entire Agreement; Exhibits. The Exhibits to this Deed of Trust form an integral part of this Deed of Trust and are incorporated herein by reference and expressly made a part hereof. This Deed of Trust constitutes the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior statements, representations, discussions, agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to such subject matter, including all term sheets and commitment letters.
