Common use of Entire Agreement; Integration Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Integration. This Agreement and the exhibits attached hereto contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document duly executed by all parties.

Entire Agreement; Integration. This Agreement Agreement, together with all the Exhibits hereto, constitutes and the exhibits attached hereto contain contains the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, hereof and supersede supersedes any and all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document duly executed by all partiescorrespondence, agreements, understandings, duties or obligations between the parties respecting the subject matter hereof.
