Common use of Entire Agreement; Integration Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Integration. This Agreement, any confidentiality, proprietary information, or inventions agreements signed by Executive during his employment with the Company (all of which survive the termination of the employment relationship), and all relevant portions of the Employment Agreement which survive the termination of the employment relationship (Sections H.1 through H.16, inclusive), constitute the entire agreement between Executive and the Company concerning the terms of Executive’s employment with and separation from the Company and the compensation related thereto. All prior discussions and negotiations have been and are merged and integrated into, and are superseded by, this Agreement.
