Entire Agreement/Merger; Other Written Agreements. Subject to Employee’s agreement, as set forth above, to abide by other agreements with the Company, this is the entire agreement between Employee and the Company relating to Employee’s employment and Employee’s termination from employment. Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, this Agreement supersedes all prior oral and written agreements and communications between the Parties. This Agreement shall not be modified, amended, or terminated except by a written agreement manually signed by both Parties.
