ENTIRE AGREEMENT; NO OTHER CLAIMS. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings or agreements of the parties, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter. Executive acknowledges that all compensation and benefits of any nature due to Executive from the Company's predecessor, Ameriquest Mortgage Company, and its affiliates (collectively "Old Long Beach"), have been paid in full and Executive waives any and all claims relating thereto for the benefit of Old Long Beach and the Company.
