This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all oral statements and prior writings relating thereto. Except for those set forth in this Lease, no representations, warranties, or agreements have been made by Landlord or Tenant to the other with respect to this Lease or the obligations of Landlord or Tenant in connection therewith. Except as otherwise provided herein, no subsequent alteration, amendment, change or addition to this Lease shall be binding unless in writing and signed by Landlord and Tenant. The normal rule of construction that any ambiguities be resolved against the drafting party shall not apply to the interpretation of this Lease or any exhibits or amendments hereto. Further, Tenant disclaims any reliance upon any and all representations, warranties or agreements not expressly set forth in this Lease.
