Common use of Entire Agreement; No Representations Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; No Representations. This Agreement, together with the Separation and Distribution Agreement and the Master Lease, contains the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes and cancels all prior agreements, negotiations, correspondence, undertakings and communications of the Parties, oral or written, respecting the subject matter hereof. Except as expressly provided in the Separation and Distribution Agreement and the Master Lease, Assignors make no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Permits.
