Common use of Entire Agreement; No Representations Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; No Representations. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Executive and the Company concerning the terms and conditions of the Executive's employment with the Company and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the Executive and the Company.

Entire Agreement; No Representations. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Executive and the Company concerning the terms and conditions of the Executive's employment with ’s separation from the Company and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the Executive and the Company, with the sole exception of surviving obligations of the Employment Agreement addressed above. The Executive agrees that the Company has not made any representations or promises to him regarding the meaning or implication of any provision of this Agreement other than as stated herein.
