Common use of Entire Agreement; No Third-Party Rights Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; No Third-Party Rights. This Agreement and the related Non-Disclosure Agreement between Buyer and Seller’s Financial Advisor on behalf of Seller, as executed on behalf of Buyer as of August 7, 2014 (the “NDA”) (a) constitute the entire agreement, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, among the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and the NDA and (b) except for the provisions of Article Two, Sections 6.02, 6.06 and 6.07 of this Agreement, are not intended to confer upon any person other than the parties hereto and thereto (and their respective successors and assigns) any rights or remedies.
