Common use of Entire Agreement of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement of the Parties. This Agreement, including the Exhibits attached hereto, constitutes and contains the complete, final and exclusive understanding and agreement of the Parties hereto, and cancels and supersedes any and all prior negotiations, correspondence, understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties respecting the subject matter hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy between the Exhibits and the Agreement, the Agreement shall control.
